Abstract
The purpose of this study was to identify the main perceived barriers and facilitators to physical activity for people with motor disabilities in Londrina/PR. The study included 43 people with motor disabilities (11 women and 32 men) aged 39.9 (± 13.4) years, who answered a questionnaire about barriers and facilitators to physical activity. Support from family and friends, and responsible professional behavior were the main facilitators found. While the main barriers were physical limitations and lack of specific programs.
