INTRODUCTION: There are several diseases that can be achieve the chest wall including wall tumor and infections; some of those may lead to the need for reconstruction of its integrity. Among the options of chest wall reconstruction, the omentum flap with skin graft is a valuable choice, especially when other fasciocutaneus or miocutaneus flaps are not available. Among the options of chest wall reconstruction, the omentum flap with skin graft is a valuable choice, especially when other fasciocutaneus, or miocutaneus flaps are not available. CASE REPORT: This article presents two case reports in which the omentum flap with skin graft has been used for reconstruction of the chest wall after massive resections. CONCLUSION: It is shown that the omentum flap is an easy and effective surgical option for restore the chest wall's cover, despite its poor aesthetical results.
