Abstract
The author examines the processes of substitution or revocation of a precautionary measure to verify the effectiveness of the guarantees ensured therein to the victim. To this end, the analysis embraces the profiles represented by the quality of the dossier at disposal of the victim meant to establish the confrontation with the other parties, by the possibility to submit elements to the judge, and, finally, by the availability of instruments to challenge the concluding ruling issued by the judge.
