The objective of this work was to evaluate three irrigation water depths (75, 100 and 125% of ETc, corresponding to treatments T1, T2 and T3, respectively) for potato seed (Solanum spp) production under greenhouse conditions. The study was conducted at Viacha locality, near La Paz, in Bolivia. Soil water content was high for all the treatments but adequate for the development of plants propagated in vitro. Tuber productivity did not vary significantly and was 1.07, 1.03 and 0.92 kg m-2 for T3, T2 and T1 treatments respectively. On the other hand the water use efficiency varied significantly and was the highest for T2 treatment.
