The educational research has forgotten the study of teaching-learning processes in the classroom. However, classroom organization and management models have a major impact on the planning and implementation of academic tasks and on the quality and differentiation of the ways of learning. In fact, the results of our research showed that there is a dynamic interaction between specific ways of organizing and managing learning environments and the proceedings of planning, implementing and assessing academic tasks. Our study showed too that the choice of certain kinds of learning tasks by the teacher obeys to a progressive stepping stones scheme, and at different levels, toward aimed targets.
