Abstract:
The article focuses on the relations between the areas of education and health established by the 1988 constitution, presents the similarities in the actions planned for both areas, in order to contribute to change the sanitary and education at sceneries.
It argues that significant advance which health has archieved can be seen as a consequence of the implantation of the unified health system, which can be atributed to the health professionals cleaner perception of their own reality. It emphasizes the descentralization (as a social political movement of rupture) and social control as a guarantee to democratize the areas of health and education. It suggests closer relations between these two areas, so those experiences and achievements can be shared.
