Summary:
A better medical education can be approached towards the systematization of a program centered on psycho-pedagogic and professional aid implemented at the Faculdade de Medicina da Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro, named as POPPE.
The systematization of this program was due to the identification of problems among the students POPPE is a very flexible program in which are included prevention, cure and specific methods for evaluate both, quantitative and qualitative results.
