ABSRACT
Brief analysis on the titles of two related cross-disciplinary contemporary perspectives, in the university context, which seek to articulate theory and practice, art and science, creation and criticism, cultural diversity and specific contexts, Ethnoscenology and Performance Studies, with emphasis on the explicit statement of their focus of interest, respectively, performance and body presence on the scene, and a declaration of preferred options.
