Williams test. Pre-structured questionnaire created by the authors. The diagnostic criteria for signs and symptoms of TMJ developed by Fricton and Schiffman were used (cracking, locking, opening, lateral deviation, crepitus and coarse crepitus).	TMD in 22% of the sample. Associated with the presence of complete dentures (p = 0.05) and the absence of posterior teeth.
