Abstract:
In this article we analyze the constitution of professional training models in the National Industrial Learning Service of Espírito Santo between 1948 and 1992. Guided by historical-dialectical materialism, we dialogue with bibliography and operate with documentary analysis. The research allowed us to produce a periodization articulated to the pedagogical practices of the institution, that, in addition to institutional history, it points out three subperiods (1948-1963; 1963-1981; 1981-1992) in which the monotechnical and multitechnical models alternate, allowing, or not, the offer articulated with basic school education, signaling the coexistence of projects in dispute that develops in a complex and non-linear way.
