ABSTRACT
Introduction
Soccer is the most popular, widely developed and influential competitive sport worldwide, and is known as “the world's first sport”.
Objective
To study the effectiveness of tactical training intensity in competitive sports of soccer players.
Methods
31 male athletes from the district high school soccer training team were trained 5 times a week. Among them, technical and tactical training: The combination of technical soccer practice and competition on small fields, the duration of training was 50-60 minutes.
Results
After 10 weeks of high intensity interval training, the control group and the experimental group were 0.01<p<0.05 before the experiment. There was a significant difference in the technical assessment scores between the two groups. After 10 weeks of high-intensity interval training, the fitness of the experimental group, such as fast running, endurance running, and explosive power, was significantly optimized.
Conclusion
As an auxiliary training method, tactical training is more targeted than traditional training methods and more in line with soccer characteristics. Level of evidence II; Therapeutic studies - investigation of treatment outcomes.
