Brazilian cooperation policy with Sub-Saharan Africa on rural sector: transfer and innovation on the diffusion of public policies

The article addresses the dynamics of South-South cooperation developed between Brazil and the African continent in the agricultural sector. We analyze the construction of the Brazilian cooperation policy and the influence of dual model of rural and agricultural development in the identification of projects. We verify the presence of the logic of transfer of policy solutions and of the contribution to the elaboration of public policy in shaping these initiatives.
