Pyoderma gangrenosum (PG) is an uncommon neutrophilic dermatosis that, in some situations, may be a manifestation of a systemic disease. Among the diseases that come together with this skin lesion are some rheumatic disorders, being rheumatoid arthritis the most common. Systemic lupus erythematosus and antiphospholipid syndrome have also been describedin association with PG. We describe here a rare case of association between PG and systemic lupus erythematosus with secondary antiphospholipid syndrome.
