Behçet's disease (BD) is a systemic vasculitis in which thrombosis is a common clinical complication. We report a case of a pregnant woman with BD and the presence of heterozigous factor V, previous erisipela lesions and family history of thromboembolisms. Her BD evolved to remission during gestation, nevertheless, low molecular weight heparin was maintaned during pregnancy.
