Racism and pandemic a legal analysis: dimensions of justice and its intersections

Abstract

The imposition of responsibility for the racially disproportionate impact of the Pandemic on the entity “structural racism” casts a veil that makes it difficult to verify racist practices and silences the victims making impossible to identify which areas should be focused on public policies implementation to promote equality. The UN´s legal definition of structural racism allows us to reclaim the value of personal narratives to think the institutional interventions with structural impact.
