Abstract
This article intends to indicate some aspects of Walter Benjamin’s critique towards modern experience, turning, more specifically, to the conceptual complex that involves the concepts of myth, destiny and law. The work seeks to show how Benjamin criticize the naturalization of a mythical order, related to capitalism’s development, in which experience seems to be destitute of its affirmative, historical and creative character.
