Abstract
This article discusses the role of litigation as a tool for change in the field of human rights. It looks at how organizations working on strategic human rights litigation have supported new ways to strengthen litigation within the mosaic of advocacy tools for change. It addresses the criticisms and new approaches, impacts, lessons learned, and the challenges for implementing decisions.
