Abstract
The paper turns to an analysis of labor law emerging from de reform that took place in Brazil with the promulgation of Law 13,467/2017. It proposes do understand, at a macro sociological level, the impact of underway society’s mutations in their new configuration. This understanding will be undertaken based on the theory formatted by António Casimiro Ferreira around a sociology of law between crisis, austerity, and exception, considered by him true structuring categories of the present. The analysis will be developed through a methodological path anchored in the perspective of qualitative research, of a prospective character, and concretely constructed trough the technique of bibliographic research.
