Abstract
Considering the CAPES catalogue with master’s dissertations and doctoral thesis between 2015 and 2020, law studies area, this article discuss the necessity to create a category named sexualities based on law searching in Brazil. We developed a qualitative study that analyses the discourse construction about sexualities, looking for a comprehension about limits and potentials, theory and methodology and its implications to interdisciplinary legal knowledge. It’s important to say that this article is a clipping from bigger research that investigates the relation between gender, sexualities, rights and justice’s theory.
