Abstract
This paper aims to comment on the classic theorical traditions of civil disobedience that present a deep, argumentative effort to reconcile disobedient actions with the law. Attempting to break the limits imposed on civil disobedience by such traditions, the present study proposes an approach to political disobedience, guided by a libertarian bias that includes disobedient movements in action outside the institutional spheres of the law.
