Abstract
This paper aims to develop a (un)reading of Theory of Legal by Pontes de Miranda through an exercise of Law’s Philosophy and the hermeneutic-phenomenological method. This is, comprising the philosophical paradigms such as rationality/vectors standards in which scientific paradigms based, seeks to unveil what would be the philosophical framework that underlies the Pontes’s project.
