Abstract
The general objective is to remember the proceedings of the litigation of the Xukuru People of Ororubá against the Brazilian State at the headquarters of the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights. The specific objective is to point out the nucleus of the legal thesis constructed at the level of litigation before the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights and reflect on it in what is present in the argument and in what is absent about ancestry.
