Abstract
Under the juridical-sociological methodological aspect, the possibility of expanding the concept of social assistance hyposufficiency is questioned, to encompass the gender transition as a vulnerability within the juridical-teleological field of social security law. This work is justified by the existence of a cis-heterosexual order within the science of social security law and as a way of presenting other possibilities and institutions for social protection. Thus, through a proposed agenda in queer theory, it is understood that it is possible to defend the jurisprudence of intersectional vulnerabilities with the specific of promoting access to benefits within social security.
