Abstract
The article presents the interpretation constructed by Enrique Dussel’s Philosophy of Liberation on the main aspects of the subsumption (and dialectical superation) of hegelian philosophy by Marx's historical materialism. It identifies two significant phases of fundamental rupture, the first started in october of 1843, and the second represented by the theoretical “turn” configured by the so-called “last Marx”.
