Abstract
In this article, Cornelia Vismann discusses the form of commentary in Walter Benjamin's thought. Vismann seeks to identify how the commentary usually appears in law. Along the text, it is presented the way in which Benjamin appropriates the form of the commentary and at the same time subverts it, through the critique that expresses itself also as a form (abstract by the editor, Rafael Vieira).
