Critical digressions on freedom, state and right in Hegel

Abstract

This article intends to contribute to an elementary apprehension of the Hegelian conception of the freedom, State and Right, creating an interpretative environment to those who propose to themselves the study of the Marxian production in 1840s, more precisely, the Critique of Hegel’s Philosophy of Right (1843). In order to do so, the essay focuses the most outstanding themes that structure Hegelian thought, from the point of view of the Elements of Philosophy of Right.
