Abstract
Within Carl Schmitt and Gilles Deleuze/Félix Guattari works, there is a relevant emphasis in conceptual creation which does not restrict itself in representing the real, but also organizing and changing it. The objective of this work is double: it tries to clarify how conceptual creation could function as a form of politics, and how this notion could be useful for legal theory.
