Abstract
The paper investigates the legal form of buy and sale of the labor force. Based on the analysis of the production process of the absolute surplus value, it supports the hypothesis that this form projects the appearance of legality, concealing, however, its expropriatory essence. The particular nature of this opposition leads to the economic domination of capital over labor, shifting the political domain to the state sphere. The method used is the Marxian dialectic, as such developed by Karl Marx in Capital.
