Abstract
On one hand, this work aims to analyse racist discourses and practices present in the agenda of the Brazilian government - particularly in these last two years and taking the ADPF 635 and 742 as parameters. On the other, it aims to reflect about the responses articulated by the studies on Violence. To do so, we explore the idea of black citizenship to observe the mediations Black people elaborate about themselves to become a Subject of Rights and, as a consequence, to survive.
