Abstract
This paper deals with the ways of production and consumption of food and risk in modern society, more specifically in Amazon region, where the agribusiness advances. Precisely because of the semantic load that underlies the terms / themes - food and safety necessary treatment on risk. In this case, the study on food and risk is based, in this article, on an interdisciplinary perspective of Food Law, Economics and Philosophy of Law.
