Abstract
Financialized capitalism has been criticized for its predatory character, grounding not only a diagnosis that presents personal domination as a characteristic of current society, but the resumption of legal idealism as a strategy of confrontation. From a categorical reading of finance, the aim of this article is to highlight the adequacy of social-legal reproduction to capitalist accumulation, in such a way that the philological study of Marxian critique can contribute to the renewal of marxist critique of law.
