Abstract
The article aims to investigate whether intersectionality is a method of epistemic disobedience in Brazilian Labor Law. From a juridical-sociological perspective, the objective is to verify whether intersectionality constitutes a methodology or a theoretical framework, as well as whether it can be a decolonial method of epistemic disobedience. Finally, the application of intersectionality in the Brazilian Labor Law is evaluated, questioning its epistemic subject in terms of gender, race, class and origin.
