Abstract
The crisis is the moment when unsuspected transformations intersect and in which the perception appears that the longed for change is possible. Faced with classical liberal constitutionalism emerges a new constitutionalism of the common, which is presented as a articulation of new forms of political sociability, a new sense of life, starting from the common, as the only possibility to constitute in fact a new post-capitalist civilizing order.
