The objective of this paper has been to study the problems of gynecological surgical patients after discharged from the hospital, and, to know the attending process of health system. Twenty-seven patients have been interviewed at home, and the data have been analysed in a descriptive way. The LALONDE theorical framework has been used, which focus health as dynamic process between the individual and environment. The findings have shown that the patients and their families are not prepared to take care, and to cope with the problems and to solve them
