This approach is about the experiment of of an equipment for a colostomy irrigation with an adapted "cone" and can be used for the prepare of the colon before surgery or radiologic tests and for the colostomy reeducation in patients with rectum amputation surgery, too. The existent imported equipments are expensive and so hard to obtain, then the author decided to make this adaptation and test. The obtained data demonstrated to make this adaptation and test. The obtained data demonstrated that five components of the equipment indicated suitable indexes relating to tested item and no patient presented complications during the irrigation made with this adapted equipment
