During Psiquiatric Nursing classes the student has an oportunlty to experience the nurse-patient communication using therapeutic techniques and measures, in order to help the patient to express his emotions to support and establish limits if necessary. The therapeutic measure used in this experience was the support since the beginning. This experience was rewarded because there was effective learning and perception the Importance to nursing and it could be used wherever the patient needs help.
