The administrative structure of nursing division in the Hospital-school of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro is descrived in this work. Moreover define their regimental role in to plan, organize, management, coordinate and supervise the actions of all their services. The characteristics of decentralised management is also analized, detaching their advantages specific for the nursing.
