The paper discusses a study of case carried out through a qualitative field research based on a technique of active observation, systematically registered on diaries. The data have been analyzed with the objective of discussing the representation of sexuality expression and the meanings of power relations in the pertinent categories (students, teachers, nurses, and patients) trying to determine the logic and the rationality supporting or reproducing again the ideology of those behaviors within teaching and health assistance institutions.
