Dignóstico de necessidades organizacionais: uma proposta metodológica

The interest in the identification of areas-problems taking care of pacients in service of urgency produced the necessity of methodological proposal for more extensive exploration in this areas-problems. The present work answers this necessity. The group of six nurses, who participated of the anterior phase, choise for diagnosis of necessity organizational to according to MATTOS as strategy that could identify ares-problemas, causes, difficult factores and facilities for leading solutions to leave from envelopment of all employee of Institution. At first they were elaborated, six instruments to be put on the six levels organizational after discourse and test with interested. This intruments are present in this paper
