This work is being developed at the material and sterilization center of a large hospital in São Paulo city. The authors relates the use of a industrial dish washing machine adapted with a correct temperature for washing surgical instrumental. The study shows a non expensive alternative form to work, which diminishes time and personal exposure to the organic disposal.
