This article approaches the organization, implantation and evaluation of dilution central of desinfectants in a general hospital with 600 beds. It has a nurse in integral period working as a member of Hospital Infection Committee. The author discusses the advantages to the patients, professional team (nursing and housekeepers) in order to reduce expenses and to facilitate the use of desinfectants. In conclusion , the implantacion of dilution central in hospitals would be used to reduce infections risks.
