This synthesis, made in Belo Horizonte area, aim: to study the influence of the nurse distribution with their activity in BH area; to identify the functions of BH area's nurses in their professional activity; to recognize the administrative work made by the nurses; to enumerate the points that take the nurses to work with the administrative functions instead their real functions; to explain the disparity that happen suddenly and the difference between the nurses function and what they really do.
