This paper discusses the use of music, along with Rogers' conceptual systems, in the process of caring for clients with neurological syndrome related to AIDS. I report the benefits of utilizing music as a means of facilitating interaction with a client who was unable to communicate verbally, as well as in order to harmonize his energy field
