The objective of this work was to create instruments to be used in statistic information such as epidemiology and clinical evaluation of the HIV positive patients from "Centro de Controle de Deficiências Imunlológicas - Escola Paulista de Medicina". The patients information registration proved to be efficient after testing a sample of fifty patients. This work is a preliminary study, that will help us to plan nursing care of the patients.
