Resumos

Apresenta-se ampla revisão de literatura sobre comunicação em enfermagem e em enfermagem psiquiátrica. É ressaltada a importância do uso da comunicação terapêutica pela enfermeira.

In this paper the author presents a literature review about communication in nursing and psychiatric nursing. She emphasyses the use of therapeutic communication by nurse.
