ABSTRACT
A letter in the Waldisa Russio Fund, kept by the IEB/USP Archive, reminds us of the importance of preservation work in cultural heritage. The text, written by Italian professionals, is addressed to young people and invites us to reflect on the importance of collective involvement when it comes to the conservation of a nation’s heritage. Proposing good practices for collaborative action, the document highlights the many values present in works of art, objects of crafts, buildings and, above all, emphasizes the need to involve as many people as possible.
