Sources and methods to view the retail business layers of Lyon town’s geo-historical GIS

ABSTRACT

Because of their content and availability, the almanacs during the nineteenth and twentieth century allow to realize some location layers of retail activities for a geo-historical GIS. These social data enrich the GIS whose purpose is to help the Lyon town’s analysis of evolution on a long period.
