ABSTRACT
The text takes up some historical signs that, seen a posteriori, seem to make it clear that there is nothing new in what is happening in Brazil today. However, when they occurred, it was not imagined that they were signs of something relatively terrible. The most serious case seems to be the circulation of “politically correct”, an expression to which unimaginable meanings were given. The text cites ad analyses the most lurid cases.
