Abstract
The paper analyzes relevant aspects of legislative delegation, from an historical and current comparative vision between the legal systems of United States of America and the Argentine Republic. The important and so used legal institute is focused comparatively in its evolution through the various stages that gas gone on its judicial interpretation.
