Abstract
Based on exegeses and economic analyses by Marx and important Marxist economists, it sought to present theoretical assumptions about the relationship between theory of value and the economic organization of society. Apprehending determinations of the capitalist market, with emphasis on the validity of the commodity form and competition between capitals, it was indicated how the manifestation of the value of commodities by their price both makes economic planning impossible for the socially necessary labour time, as well how it affects the redistribution processes of value in the sphere of circulation. These capitalist determinations act as a blind force that prevents conscious control of economic organization.
